601 POLICY Learning Resources The Board of Education values providing a wide range of learning resources to meet the educational needs of all students in the school district. The Board supports that, in order to meet the needs of students and teachers, it is the responsibility of the professional staff to select and deselect learning resources that support the curriculum, provide a balance on differing points of view, and are consistent with the current curriculum, and the educational goals of the province, the District and the school.
